Matters arising

A Boots voucher was purchased for Julia Tiller and Steve Gore.

Treasurer’s Report

£10 was paid out to Clive Alcott for auditing the books.

The current balance is £1754.33

It was suggested that new village residents could be given a copy of Windsor Hakebourne.

Future events

Regulations governing village events

It was suggested that the Parish Council could be asked to invite someone from SODC to explain the regulations surrounding holding events in the village.

Skittles evening

A skittles evening with a fish and chip and pudding supper (supper at 8.30 pm) will be held on Saturday 4^th March in Hagbourne Village Hall starting at 7.00 for 7.30 pm.

Tickets to cost £6 for adults and £3 for children.

All to help distribute flier during the week of 13^th February

Village mystery trail – hunt for clues and lunch

On Sunday 2^nd July there will be a village lunch at 1.00 pm at Broomsticks preceded by a mystery trail at 12.00 for adults and children. Prizes will be awarded to the first child and first adult who identify all the clues correctly. People will be asked to bring their own drinks and cutlery.

Tickets to cost £5 for adults and £2.50 for children.
