November 2013 at The Hagbourne Hall, East Hagbourne

Cllr P. Greene.

To confirm and sign as a
true record the minutes of the last meeting of the Parish Council held on
September 4th 2013
The minutes of the last meeting were agreed and signed by the Chairman.

Report – Leo Docherty
There was none.

County Councillor’s Report
– Patrick Greene
County Cllr Greene’s report is held on file.
7.
Clerk’s Report
The salt bins have been ordered.
The Clerk has liaised with Upton
Parish Council with regard to the possible solar farm application.

It was agreed to make donations of
£25 each to South and Vale Carers, CAB and Homestart
South Oxfordshire.
It was agreed to book a skip for
March 2014.
The 2014/15 budget was discussed.

Parish Plan
Following comments from SODC about
the recent Parish Plan Cllr Setch agreed to speak to the working party.
10.
Notice Boards
The History Society Notice Board has been repaired.
11. Highways and Footpaths
A working party has now cleared Moor Lane. School Lane/Church path will
be tackled on 16th
November.
12.
Correspondence
The Community Governance Review consultation has begun. The Clerk will
confirm the difference between the two
references to West Hagbourne.

Future Meetings
The date of the next meeting of the Council was confirmed as January 8th
2014 to be held at Hagbourne Hall, East Hagbourne, commencing at 7.30pm.
