Madge Trophy

Judging will take place early July

Bob Beacroft to be asked to be the judge. If he is not available Roger Phipps, retired head gardener at Oxford Botanic Garden will be asked. Action: Peter Mitchell

A new trophy would be purchased from Frends in Abingdon as the old one is looking a bit 'jaded'. Frends are clearing stock and prices should be reasonable. Action: Keith Walton

Future events

10th anniversary celebration lunch

Now to be held on July 15th to avoid clash with Wimbledon finals. The arrangements discussed at last meeting were progressed.

Need to put more items of West Hagbourne news in St Andrews Parish Magazine

Email/discussion group. This has been set up by Simon. Needs to be mentioned in Village newsletter

Roger has information on holding St. George’s Day celebrations which he will circulate

Clause 2 of the Constitution needs to be reconsidered at next meeting

Val is holding a copy of the Parish plan and the Welcome Pack if anyone would like to see it.
